About Me

My name is Nick. I am a 20 something making a life along with my beautiful wife here in north central Florida. I enjoy DIY projects, great ideas, gardening, cooking, eating, and general philosophizing. This blog is a way for me to share the things I am passionate about with others who may or may not share the same passion. This is the quick and clean about me, but you can certainly learn more about me from reading posts here at the blog since they are a direct reflection of me and my experiences.

    In the event that you read a more technical article I have posted and wanted to see if I actually knew what I was talking about my academic background includes a bachelors degree in chemistry with a specialization in biochemistry and a minor in materials science and engineering. I am currently a graduate student in the soil and water science department at the University of Florida. Don't take that as confirmation that I got anything right, but take it as assurance that I've made critical evaluation and an honest attempt.
